Foundation scripture“Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Matthew 6:33
Day 1
The Wisdom
Most people spend their lives chasing things. A better job. More money. A bigger house. Greater recognition. More influence.
There is nothing wrong with these things. The problem begins when they become the center of life.
Jesus taught a completely different approach. Instead of chasing things, chase God. Instead of making success your master, make God your King.
Many people live frustrated lives not because they lack ability but because they have the wrong order. When priorities are wrong, even blessings become burdens. A person can have wealth and still be empty. They can have influence and still lack peace. They can achieve success and still feel lost.
Jesus teaches us that life works best when God occupies first place. When the King is first, the Kingdom begins to function properly.

Day 1
Kingdom Insight
The Kingdom of God operates on divine order. In Heaven, everything has its proper place. God first. Purpose second. Everything else follows.
The world says: "Get everything you want and then make room for God."
Jesus says: "Make room for God first and everything else will find its place."
Many people are trying to fix their lives by rearranging the branches. Jesus teaches us to fix the root. When the root is healthy, the fruit follows.
Putting God first is not merely a spiritual activity. It is a leadership principle. It is a family principle. It is a financial principle. It is a life principle.
The greatest battles in life are often battles over what sits on the throne of your heart. Whatever sits there will eventually control your decisions.

Day 1
Real-Life Picture
Imagine boarding a train and placing the last carriage in front of the engine. No matter how beautiful the train looks, it will never move properly. The order is wrong.
Many lives look exactly like that. Career first. Money first. Pleasure first. Recognition first. Then somewhere at the end, God.
The result is frustration, confusion, and exhaustion. When the engine is returned to the front, everything else begins to move correctly.
God was never meant to be an addition to your life. He was meant to be the foundation of it.

Day 1
Jesus in Action
One day, Jesus was tired from a long journey. He sat by a well in Samaria. His disciples left to buy food. While they were gone, Jesus spoke to a woman whose life was broken and confused.
Later the disciples returned and urged Him to eat. Jesus replied: "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me."
Even physical hunger did not become His highest priority. The Father's purpose remained first. Jesus was teaching a powerful lesson: What feeds your spirit is more important than what feeds your appetite. His priorities governed His life. That is why His life changed the world.

Day 1
Application for Everyday Life
Putting God first does not mean abandoning responsibility. It means allowing God to guide your responsibilities.
Before making decisions, seek His wisdom. Before chasing opportunities, seek His direction. Before creating plans, seek His purpose.
This applies to: Your family. Your business. Your ministry. Your career. Your finances. Your relationships. Every area functions better when God leads it.

Day 1
Action Steps
- Begin each morning with God before checking your phone.
- Spend at least fifteen minutes reading Scripture and praying.
- Before making any major decision, ask: "What choice best honors God's Kingdom?"
- Write down the three most important priorities in your life.
- Examine whether God is truly first among them.
Day 1
Reflect on This
- What currently occupies most of my thoughts and attention?
- Have I placed anything ahead of God in my priorities?
- What practical changes can I make this week to put God first?
- How would my life look different if God's Kingdom became my highest pursuit?
Day 1
Remember This
When God is first, everything else may not become easy, but everything else becomes clearer.
